It’s always pretty in Paris. We’ve arrived at our final instalment of fashion month street styles reports, and it’s an understatement to say that Paris is fashion’s fantasy. With endearing details of lace, chiffon, a play on powerful silhouettes and spontaneous tones, Paris’ street runway lived up to all our expectations and more. There was originality and romance all around, and we’re excited to share what our top 20 favourite looks were outside the shows. Famed European powerhouses unveiled what constructed ready-to-wear visions for Spring / Summer 2017, and these individuals embodied a subtle sense of Paris’ long history of fashion all week. We saw the least outfit changes and more personal styles. So now, whether you were catching up with shows behind the screen or studying street fashion through your Instagram feed, you survived fashion month! Till next season.
Robes in Paris
Silk robes, velvet robes, making day-to-night transition effortless. Instant drama, extra special, oh so dreamy. The delicate third-piece addition to these outfits elevate classic fits altogether. A hybrid of our favourite pyjama party looks- this time, kimono-inspired.
Twirling around in the city in their fun tassel + fringe picks. Pictured below are Alexa Chung in Miu Miu and Liz Uy in Balmain.
The Miu Miu Girl Club
Slightly off-beat, go all out or nothing. Rebellious ballerinas, pearl slides, patched denim, florals, velvet coats, sparkly everything! Miu Miu marked the end of Paris Fashion Week with a 60s retro phenomenon, and showgoers were decked out head-to-toe in their very best, precious Miu Miu looks.
Colour wheel spotting in Paris. Street style circuits were filled with solid primary colours; outerwear, dresses, and everything in between, because you can never go wrong with the core three.

Spring / Summer picnic staple✔️ Back to basics✔️ Unexpected pairing✔️
Orange is the new Black
If New York was obsessed with yellow this month, it’s orange for Paris. Orange glasses, dresses, purses paired with black. Exposed-to-light lenses have been making a mark across all fashion capitals- typically in pink, red, or yellow, but we’re seeing a whole lot of orange frames in Paris!
Paris Romance in Full Swing
What is PFW without romantic silhouettes and soft tones? Parisian light seeping through chiffon, there’s nothing more lust-worthy than these outfits floating around the city. Layers over layers of lace, it’s their moment to shine.
